How can I get my jade plant to grow straight?

Nightliz asked:

I got an overgrown jade plant from my grandma, so I thought I’d fix it. However, I can’t get it to grow without flopping over. Several stem cuttings I’ve taken have been limp too. Any suggestions?

Whats wrong with my jade plant and how do I fix it?

pinky and the brain asked:

My jade plant has fallen over. Like its roots just wont hold it up any more. Otherwise it looks fine. Help me please .

Does anybody know the name of the weed that looks like a creeping jade?

Gemini asked:

It is a creeping weed that looks like a jade with fairly thick stems. The stems are kinda flesh colored/pinkish. It covers ground really fast and is the bane of my garden.

I have a large stone in my front yard, that I have been told is Jade. How do I confirm this?

Red Hot asked:

I was wondering who can confirm that it really is Jade. If it is, in fact, Jade, then where do I sell it? How much is it worth? Any tips would be helpful…Thanks!

How do a cut my jade plant?

I have a jade plant that has grown really huge. How to I make a cutting so that I can give my friend a piece to start a plant with?

When rooting a Jade cutting (stem or leaf), what is the best rooting medium and should it be completely dry?

bradley L asked:

I took two cuttings (around july 10th or so) from a 6 year old jade plant that is doing well and dipped them in rooting hormone and left them out to callous for three or four days. Then I placed them into a Cactus and Soil mix directly out of the bag and placed in a bright but sun-less window. Two weeks in I sprayed the top of the soil a few times of each one and one of them rotted from the cut on up within a week. The other one has been in the soil for over a month now and no sign of roots, meanwhile the cutting is slowly shriveling up. I feel like it needs a small amount of moisture, but I am afraid it will rot. any ideas? I really want this cutting to survive as it has a striking stem and branch shape.
will the plant be able to absorb any water with no (visible) roots?

How do I care for my Jade Pant?

can I pot baby jade plant with other succulents?

Namom asked:

I was just given a baby jade plant. I would liketo put it in larger plant with another succulent (aloe, cacti,). I’ve never cared for succulents so don’t know what wouls be a “good mix.” Also want to cover with decorative pebbles if possible. Any info, picutures, links would be great!

What are those seed-like things around the roots of my jade plant?

wondering asked:

Are they seeds? I just bought the plant and tried repotting it today, and noticed many small clusters of what look like seeds. My other jade plant didn’t have these. They’re a little smaller than the size of a pencil eraser. I read somewhere jade seeds are very fine and look like dust. (definitely not what this looks like) What is it? And should I try and remove all of them from the roots? (The plant is not doing too well, and I’m wondering if these things are partially to blame.)
