How can you tell if you found a jade rock?

We found 4 rocks compared to jade pictures on line they look the same. Also, how do I find out how much they are worth if they are Jade?
The four rocks we found are green one is light green. They have some white veins in them.

This is going to sound dumb, but it works.Do the hair test. Pull out a hair and pull it TIGHTLY against the rock then hold it in the flame of a lighter. If it’s jade the hair will not burn. The reason is that the jade draws the heat by the hair, whereas other stones would reflect the heat back allowing the hair to burn. The smother the jade the better, polish if possible. Jade is not just one kind.There are many varities and qualitys, so it’s impossible to tell value from here.
