I have seen all kinds of things sold on ebay. Being that it is a semi-precious stone- google the dealers in that area of expertise.

either on e-bay, or call a stone dealer. find in yellow pages under stone, or look on net. In the first place you need some sort of certification by an expert as to quality, color, grade, etc before you bother trying to sell it. If you don’t have that in y our hand and verify your “source” of certification, you are wasting your time. I have seen too many “experts” offering “certification” that is false on many things. Check the certifier out. Is he or she a geologist? what creditials? where is it located? if in a foreign country, what problems removing something this size and getting it shipped??? Very few stones are consistent throughout in huge sizes, so it most likely will have to be cut first.

If I were you I would go to the jade industry and find the highest bidder, go to google image search and punch in jade and it gives you lots of websites to start to search…and put it on ebay who knows, alot of things sell for alot more than they are worth
