Jade plants do not usually flower very often, i have never personally seen it happen, they dont tend to set seed (negating the need for too many flowers), rather they reproduce vegetatively

As longs as it is healthy, it will eventually boom. Might take years if it’s indoors so all you need is patience. Blooming is triggered by the natural shortening of the days (so you might like to limit it to natural lighting rather than artificial ones) It might go through several cycles before it blooms.

I guess I will answer the question that no one can answer I put my jade outside in the spring and I leave it out there until it darn near frosts. It is out in temps below 45 degrees for quite a few days and nights.
I bring it in and before Christmas my jades are all blooming. Could explain why the base of my original jade is about as big around as a quart jar.
I have never seen a jade plant bloom. I have had one for years never bloomed.
