some metallic flats would do the trick!
try jade green shoez or white flats
depending on the style of the dress i would try some brown flats, wedges, or high heeled sandals, whichever style looks the best with the dress. brown is a good color to wear with that shade of green.

erm…depends on the dress but here are some ideas
Pale pink heels
Brown Wedges
Mettalic Flats
maybe some red shoes for contrast..
w/e shoes you get try and find a purse to match!
i think a meallic shoe would look good. bronze, gold or silver. try something like one of these
or maybe these will work because they have that thin stripe of jade on them
